Welcome to Margarethe!

Our new holiday flat Margarethe is located in Velden am Wörthersee - in the district Sonnental, only about 1 km from the centre. With us it is - as the name already says - sunny from early to late and we enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Wörthersee, the Karawanken and the Pyramidenkogel.

On approx. 40 m2 you can expect a bedroom with box-spring bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with daylight. All rooms are very bright and modernly furnished and create a real feel-good atmosphere.

You reach the holiday flat via its own entrance, where a pleasantly shaded terrace (15 m2) invites you to linger on hot days.

But that's not all - the flat has a large balcony (approx. 15 m2), which you can reach from the bedroom and from which you have a wonderful view over our garden and to the Karawanken. Here you can really relax and enjoy the sun.

You prefer to be active? Then put on your hiking boots or bike and explore the surroundings directly from the house. Several hiking trails pass by our house - one of them leads you on different routes directly to the big Sternberg, where an idyllic little church and the Messnerei (inn) are waiting for you. The view from up there of the Karawanken and the Julian Alps is exhilarating - for that alone, the hike to Sternberg is worth it.

By the way: We provide you with bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels - so you can safely leave all that at home. We also provide free coffee capsules and water.

We also bring you fresh breakfast pastries from the bakery every day - free of charge.

Your car and bicycles are also taken care of - we provide you with our private garage free of charge
